Objectives
CSEN, affiliated with CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee), plays a pivotal role in the Italian sports sector.
The organization, with an impressive turnover of around 5 million euros, focuses on training athletic coaches and organizing sports courses.
Additionally, CSEN manages public European funds to reinvest in Italy, creating value for Italian citizens through sports.
Implemented Strategies
We were tasked with managing the communication aspects of CSEN’s various projects, particularly “Ci vediamo da Criss” – an inclusive sports initiative aimed at supporting disabled individuals, women, and children in Italy. This project involved the construction of eight public sports parks in major Italian cities, revitalizing previously neglected areas.
To maximize public awareness and engagement, we focused on utilizing platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Our strategy included creating and managing a comprehensive editorial plan, regular posting, press releases, and community engagement activities.
The core of our communication strategy was to reach a wide audience, informing and engaging over 10 million people across Italy. This involved not only promoting the newly developed sports parks but also highlighting their accessibility and societal impact.
Achievements
Through our targeted social media campaigns and communication strategies, we successfully reached over 10 million people, significantly raising awareness of CSEN’s projects and initiatives.
Our work contributed to increased public participation in the sports parks, fulfilling the project’s goal of promoting sports and physical activity among various societal groups.
The “Ci vediamo da Criss” project, communicated effectively through our efforts, has had a considerable positive impact on local communities, promoting inclusivity and revitalizing urban areas.
